The Deal

Apologies for not posting much these past few weeks.  I’ve been very busy and, honestly, it’s been nice to have a break from the blog.  So nice, in fact, that I’m considering stopping it altogether.  Whenever I sit down to choose new music or research new posts, it’s difficult to muster up the enthusiasm I once had.  It’s beginning to feel like something I have to do, as opposed to something I want to do.  Doing this blog has subtly changed how I listen to music (everything I hear is measured as a potential Vitamin) and I’m not sure that’s a good thing.

But, all that being said, there is a part of me that does want to continue, it just may not be in the current format.  I’ve been mulling over recording a weekly podcast, although I’m not crazy about the sound of my own voice.  Or I may just end up posting whenever I feel like it, not necessarily every day.

Anyways, I turn it over to you.  I honestly have no idea how many regular readers Audible Vitamins has but if you’ve made this blog a part of your daily, or even weekly, browsing habits and would truly miss it if it were gone, let me know in the comments.  You guys may give me the inspiration to continue.

As always, thanks for checking it out.

I just happened to to visit the site today because I was feeling the need for some Scott-recommended music to get me through the work day–and I’m so bummed to read this! I don’t always remember to check it out, but John does and shares stuff with me all the time. We would really miss it. So, at least maybe once a week, or the podcast like John said. I like your voice, too!

You need to keep doing this blog pal. There are so many useless blogs out there …we need your level of musical taste and knowledge to keep everything in balance!
